Pest control calls we buy
The pest matters. A homeowner asking about ants in the kitchen may fit a different offer from someone reporting termites or bed bugs. Ask the caller what they have seen, which part of the property is affected and whether they want a one-time visit or ongoing service.
Do not turn an uncertain description into a diagnosis. If the caller cannot identify the pest, record that clearly so the receiving team can discuss inspection options. Some offers accept general household pests while others are limited to particular treatments.
Wildlife removal, fumigation and larger infestations need separate confirmation. Advertising should not promise that one treatment will solve every problem or claim a specific treatment is safe for every household. Let the service provider explain its process.
