Omni Call Network ("we", "us") operates omnicallnetwork.com (the "Site") and the Omni Call Network pay-per-call buying platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Affiliate account data: name, business name, email, phone, traffic sources, and payout details you submit through the application or admin tools.
- Caller data: phone number, call timestamps, duration, ANI/CNAM, IVR responses, and call recordings (where lawful and disclosed).
- Inquiry submissions: name, phone, email, message, service and city, and source URL submitted through forms on the Site.
- Usage data: IP address, user-agent, pages viewed, and referring URLs collected through standard web logs and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service, route inbound calls to authorized buyers, and pay affiliates.
- To verify traffic quality, detect fraud, and comply with TCPA, FCC, and state regulations.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the Site.
- To improve the Site and Service.
3. Sharing
We share caller and inquiry data with the contracted buyer or service provider receiving the call, and with service vendors (telecom carriers, analytics, payment processors) under written confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal information.
4. TCPA & call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes where permitted by law. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their traffic complies with TCPA and applicable state two-party-consent rules.
5. Data retention
We retain affiliate, billing, and call records for the period required by law and our buyer contracts. Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months.
6. Your choices
US residents may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by emailing contact@omnicallnetwork.com. To opt out of marketing calls, reply STOP to any text or ask the agent to add you to our internal do-not-call list.
