Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing omnicallnetwork.com or applying as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Affiliate eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to run the traffic sources you disclose. You are responsible for the compliance, accuracy, and quality of all calls you deliver.

3. Traffic & compliance

• No incentivized, robocalled, or misrepresented calls.
• No use of buyer trademarks without written approval.
• Full TCPA, FCC, FTC, and state-law compliance is required at all times.
• We may pause, claw back, or terminate accounts for fraudulent or non-compliant traffic.

4. Payouts

Standard terms are NET 10 monthly. High-volume affiliates may negotiate NET 7 biweekly. Payouts are issued via ACH, wire, crypto, or Wise. Disputed calls may be adjusted prior to payout in accordance with the buyer's quality policy.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific call volumes, or specific payout levels.

6. Disclaimer

Omni Call Network is a free service that helps consumers connect with independent local service providers. We do not guarantee or warrant any work performed by third-party contractors. Consumers are responsible for verifying licenses and insurance before hiring. All individuals shown in photos or videos are actors or models and not affiliated contractors on Omni Call Network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Call Network's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to or by the affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
