Home security calls we buy
Home security callers may want a first alarm system, new cameras or an upgrade to equipment already installed. Ask what they want to protect and whether they are seeking installation, equipment service or information about a monitoring plan.
Existing customers often call about billing, cancellations or a forgotten code. Those are support requests, not automatically new sales opportunities. Disclose the current provider and account situation when relevant, without collecting passwords or security codes.
Advertising must explain the role of the publisher and any approved offer accurately. Do not imply police affiliation, guaranteed protection or a free system unless the terms support the claim. Equipment purchases and ongoing monitoring may involve different agreements that the receiving business must explain.
