A homeowner with overflowing gutters may want a cleaning, while another may be ready to replace a damaged system. Ask what they have noticed and what service they are requesting. Do not decide from the call alone that guards, replacement gutters or a new drainage system are necessary.
The number of stories, approximate gutter length when known and access around the house help describe the job. Downspouts, detached sections and existing gutter guards should also be mentioned if they are part of the request.
Cleaning and installation traffic may have different minimum job requirements. Disclose the mix your source generates. Roofing, tree work and underground drainage are separate scopes unless the approved offer explicitly includes them.

What makes a suitable call?
- Identify cleaning, repair, guards or full installation as the main request.
- Record the property height and known access restrictions.
- Disclose roof or underground drainage work as separate needs.
- Traffic sources and call formats must be approved before launch. Calls must meet the agreed location, timing and duplicate rules.
Calls we do not accept
- Gutter material sales without installation
- Roof replacement disguised as gutter service
- Unsupported claims that guards eliminate all maintenance
- Spam, fabricated or incentivized calls; job applications; and traffic outside approved services or locations.

Rates, billable-call requirements, caps and payment schedules are agreed for your offer before launch. A call is not payable simply because it connects.
