Glass repair calls we buy
Glass repair callers may have a broken window pane, a failed sealed unit or damaged glass in a door. Ask where the glass is installed and whether the surrounding frame is also part of the problem. That distinction helps separate a glazing job from a full window replacement.
Approximate dimensions and glass type are useful if known, but the provider needs to confirm measurements and materials. Do not ask the caller to handle broken glass or remove a pane to qualify the request.
Mirrors, shower enclosures and custom pieces may have different acceptance rules. Automotive glass and commercial storefronts must also be identified separately. Urgent securing or board-up requests should not be advertised as included unless the receiving offer supports them.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.
