Garage doors calls we buy
A garage door that will not open can create an urgent service need, while a homeowner comparing replacement doors may be planning weeks ahead. Capture both the problem and the desired timing so the call is introduced accurately.
Ask whether the issue involves the door, the opener or both. Callers may report a damaged panel, a noisy door or a remote that no longer works without knowing the cause. Record those symptoms without promising a diagnosis or telling the caller to adjust springs or cables.
New installation traffic should identify the number of doors and whether the property is a home or a commercial building. Loading-dock doors and industrial systems need their own approval and should not enter a residential offer by default.
