Water heater service calls we buy
A caller with no hot water may need diagnosis, while a homeowner replacing an old unit may already be ready to discuss installation. Ask about the type of heater, fuel source when known and the reason for the call.
Tank and tankless equipment should be identified separately. Location, approximate capacity and whether the unit is leaking can also help the receiving team. Do not promise that a repair is possible or that a replacement can be installed the same day.
Some callers have purchased equipment and only need fitting. Others want the provider to supply the new unit. Disclose that distinction along with warranty or service-plan involvement so the request reaches an appropriate offer.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.
