Plumbing calls we buy
A plumbing call should begin with a real service request. The homeowner may have a leaking pipe, a toilet that will not flush or a fixture they want installed. Ask what is happening and where the property is before deciding how to route the call.
We discuss repair, installation and replacement traffic separately. A caller looking for a replacement water heater has a different need from someone asking about a blocked kitchen drain. Share the mix of jobs your source produces so we can match the traffic to an appropriate offer.
For urgent calls, describe the problem accurately without promising an arrival time. A service request is not an emergency-service guarantee. Larger work, including sewer replacement and whole-home repiping, should be identified before transfer rather than sent as a general plumbing repair.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.

What makes a suitable call?
- Identify the plumbing problem or fixture the caller wants serviced.
- Confirm the property location and whether the caller can authorize work.
- Distinguish urgent repairs from planned installations and larger projects.
- Traffic sources and call formats must be approved before launch. Calls must meet the agreed location, timing and duplicate rules.
Calls we do not accept
- Plumbing supply or parts-only purchases
- Utility billing questions or municipal water complaints
- Employment inquiries and DIY advice without a service request
- Spam, fabricated or incentivized calls; job applications; and traffic outside approved services or locations.
Before you send traffic
Rates, billable-call requirements, caps and payment schedules are agreed for your offer before launch. A call is not payable simply because it connects.
Review our publisher standards and tell us how you generate calls. Approval, tracking and buying criteria must be confirmed before launch.
