Landscaping calls we buy
A landscaping inquiry should explain what the homeowner wants to change. They may want new planting beds, a redesigned front yard or help replacing worn turf. Ask whether they need design advice, installation work or both.
Project area, existing conditions and intended timing give the receiving team a useful starting point. Irrigation, drainage and retaining features can add separate trades or requirements, so include them in the description rather than presenting the job as planting alone.
Routine mowing, large tree removal and standalone concrete work may fit different offers. Publishers should also avoid promising a design fee, plant warranty or completion schedule without approved terms. The contractor needs to discuss the site and agree on the scope.

Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.
