Demolition calls we buy
Demolition calls require a precise project description. Removing kitchen cabinets is very different from taking down a detached building. Ask what needs to be removed, roughly how large it is and whether the caller expects debris hauling as part of the job.
The receiving contractor must evaluate site conditions and the work involved. Publishers should not confirm that a wall is nonstructural or advise a caller to disconnect utilities. Existing surveys, permit questions and site restrictions should be mentioned rather than answered on the screening call.
Suspected hazardous materials and fire-damaged structures require specific acceptance. Do not put those jobs into a standard interior-removal offer. The project should be introduced honestly, including anything the caller does not yet know.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.

Before you send traffic
Rates, billable-call requirements, caps and payment schedules are agreed for your offer before launch. A call is not payable simply because it connects.
Review our publisher standards and tell us how you generate calls. Approval, tracking and buying criteria must be confirmed before launch.
