Junk removal calls we buy
Junk removal calls need more detail than a request to haul something away. Ask what the items are, roughly how much there is and whether the crew will need to carry them from inside the property. Stairs, elevators and parking access can change the job.
We discuss single-item pickups, multi-item loads and full cleanouts separately. Construction debris, electronics and appliances may have different acceptance rules. Share those materials accurately instead of describing every load as ordinary household junk.
Do not promise free collection or a firm quote from a brief screening call. The receiving team needs to confirm its pricing and disposal rules. Hazardous materials, medical waste and other restricted items must not be sent into a standard household-removal offer.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.
