Decking calls we buy
Deck calls can concern a few damaged boards or plans for an entirely new outdoor space. Ask which parts the homeowner wants changed and whether they are requesting repairs, resurfacing or a complete replacement.
Material preferences such as wood or composite are useful, as are approximate size, stairs and railing requirements. The receiving contractor still needs to inspect the structure and discuss design. Publishers should not say an existing frame is sound or that replacing boards alone will resolve the problem.
Elevated decks, additions and major layout changes may need a different project conversation from routine maintenance. Record those details clearly. Staining, cleaning and removal should also be identified as separate requested services rather than assumed inclusions.
