House cleaning calls we buy
House cleaning requests should explain both the size of the home and the work expected. A weekly maintenance clean, a move-out clean and a neglected-property cleanup are not the same job. Ask the caller which situation applies.
The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred timing and occupancy status are useful screening details. Oven, refrigerator, inside-window and other additional tasks should be named rather than assumed to come with every cleaning visit.
Biohazards, extensive hoarding and post-construction cleanup may require a specialist offer. Disclose the actual condition of the property without minimizing it. Publishers should not promise a deposit refund, a particular inspection result or a fixed completion time based on the call alone.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.
