Home theater projects range from mounting a single television to setting up speakers, wiring and controls across a room. Ask what the caller wants installed, which equipment is already owned and whether the walls or room are still under construction.
Wall type, cable concealment and power access can affect the work. Publishers should record the caller's preferences without promising that every cable can be hidden or every mounting location is suitable. The installer needs to assess the site.
A broken television or an internet outage is different from an installation request. Distinguish equipment repair, network support and new setup so the call reaches the correct offer. Commercial audiovisual work should be disclosed separately.

What makes a suitable call?
- List the equipment and requested installation work.
- Identify caller-supplied equipment and the mounting surface when known.
- Disclose wiring, power or network work beyond basic setup.
- Traffic sources and call formats must be approved before launch. Calls must meet the agreed location, timing and duplicate rules.

- TV or electronics repair unless approved
- Equipment retail purchases without installation
- Internet-provider support and unapproved commercial work
- Spam, fabricated or incentivized calls; job applications; and traffic outside approved services or locations.
Before you send traffic
Rates, billable-call requirements, caps and payment schedules are agreed for your offer before launch. A call is not payable simply because it connects.
