Boiler service calls we buy
Boiler calls should make clear what the system serves. Some homeowners are asking about space heating, others about domestic hot water, and some have equipment serving both. Capture that distinction along with the reported fault.
Ask whether the caller wants an existing system repaired or a replacement quoted. Fuel type, equipment age when known and the presence of radiators or underfloor heating can help the receiving team understand the request. These details do not replace an on-site assessment.
Commercial plant rooms and industrial boilers need separate offers. Do not promise that a particular model, fuel conversion or repair is available. Servicing and inspection requests should be identified clearly rather than presented as breakdown calls.
Accepted call types
Call types must match the offer approved for your account. Confirm the service, location and caller intent before routing.

Review our publisher standards and tell us how you generate calls. Approval, tracking and buying criteria must be confirmed before launch.
