Choose the offer by route
Short Distance Moving covers moves within the same state. Long Distance Moving covers moves across different states. These are the categories used in our offer directory; do not choose an offer based only on mileage.
For example, a move between two cities in one state belongs in the same-state offer. A move into a neighboring state belongs in the cross-state offer, even if the drive is short.
Details that help qualify a moving call
Confirm the screening questions with your account contact before launch. The receiving provider needs enough information to discuss the request without making the caller repeat an unnecessary interview.
- Pickup and destination ZIP codes and states.
- Planned moving date or date range.
- Approximate home size and amount being moved.
- Packing, storage, loading or specialty-item needs.
- Stairs, elevators or other access considerations where required.
Set accurate expectations
The moving provider confirms routes, scheduling, pricing and included services. Do not promise a fixed quote, a delivery date or storage availability on its behalf. Tell callers what happens when they call or are transferred.
Before sending traffic, confirm accepted job sizes, hours, call formats, payable-call rules and caps. A moving inquiry does not automatically qualify for payment.
Questions about moving offers
Where should I send a move within one state?+
Use the Short Distance Moving offer, subject to its approved routes and requirements.
Are packing and labor-only calls accepted?+
Only where the offer explicitly accepts them. Packing as part of a full move and a standalone labor request can have different requirements.
Can I send both inbound calls and transfers?+
Both are considered where approved. Disclose the original source and use the agreed screening and introduction process.
